Come take the second in a four part series helping students to learn the essentials of Yoga
  • Practice second level asana including twists, basic arm balances and back bends
  • Learn Vinyasa Krama and sequencing
  • Ask questions about Vegetarianism and Yoga Diet
  • Find the Spiritual Intention of Yoga
Suzanne and Sasha are leading this fascination workshop for those who are in the next level and for those curious about how to get there.

Prerequisite: Foundations Level 1 or speak to you teacher
