Simple Meals with Fresh Ingredients

Hilla was the amazing chef on our Labor Day Retreat this past fall. Sometimes our group would think long and hard about getting seconds or taking the after meals yoga class. We would think really hard as we walked back to the kitchen for a hefty second scoop of yummy happiness!

Tomorrow Hilla will be leading a nutritious workshop helping people integrate seasonal fresh foods into their everyday meals. This delicious demo will also include a tasting of the meals prepared as well as plenty of Q&A time.

Remember that Restorative Yoga is right before so you can rest and revive and then learn how to keep the feeling going with healthy foods! What better way to spend a Sunday evening!
