Case of the Cyber-Mondays.

To most people who live in NYC (or, um, anywhere), black Friday is almost always a bad idea. Braving the throngs of tourists for anticlimactic deals isn't really worth it... But thank goodness for cyber-Monday, where we can shop deals in the comfort of our own homes (or offices).

If you are looking for reasonably priced, environmentally responsible, well designed gifts for those on your holiday list, check out Inhabitat; cyber-Monday deals include 30% off things like,

And don't forget to check out our Holiday Gift Packages (online and in the studio)... with lower prices that are not restricted to cyber-Monday!

-Mantra and Meditation

-Chakra Tuning. Jung Choong Breathing

Presence Illuminating Jewelery, by Ronnie Rose. Part II.

So, this morning I came in feeling a little glum... you know those days where you just want it to be night-time again so that you can crawl back into bed? Yeah, that's how I felt. And then Ronnie (friend and student at Bamboomoves) stopped in bearing gifts... she brought in several pieces from her jewelry line (to sell here at Bamboo for the holiday season). Her work is beautiful and I was her first customer... It was if she read my energy... she had a necklace with my name all over it; the pendant was citrine crystal, which in short, is supposed to bring optimism to the wearer. It is also supposed to help with chakra alignment and aid digestion. These are all things I need some help with as of late (TMI?), and after she put that pendent around my neck, I just felt better. About everything.

So, I hope you will come in and reap the benefits of Ronnie's artistry... Select pieces from her collection will be available in our retail section throughout the holiday season. (Please note, all pieces are marked down from original prices.)

Thank you Ronnie!

Presence Illuminating Jewelery, by Ronnie Rose.

In all the time Ronnie Rose has been practicing here, we never knew she made such beautiful jewelry. But the secret is out... and just in time for the holiday season! Ronnie creates simple but, beautifully crafted semi-precious gemstone jewelery, using stones with significance and healing power. We will be carrying a few of her pieces in our retail section soon, so keep an eye out... in the meantime, check out her website.
